Intimidation and harassment

Introduction
South Africa has two statutes (Afrikaans: “wette”) which regulate “intimidation” and “harassment” (Afrikaans: “teistering”), namely the Intimidation Act 72 of 1982 and the Protection from Harassment Act 17 of 2011.
