A reader wants to know which South African legislation (if any) defines the word “GENOCIDE” and any discussion related to it?

The SHORT answer to this question supra is that “the crime of genocide” (and everything about it) appears in the Implementation of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court Act 27 of 2002 (hereinafter referred to as Act 27 of 2002).
