Counterfeited and fake products do not only have a negative impact on a country’s legal economy, such as that taxes are not paid on these goods, but these products can pose serious dangers to its users due to their inferior quality or because of the ingredients used in fake medicine and alcohol. In the April 2024 issue of Servamus we explore the extent of fake products, expired foods and the law enforcers responsible for removing these products from our streets and communities.
