Because of the extent (Afrikaans: &#8220;omvang&#8221;) of the amendments brought about by this Amendment Act, it is impractical to publish it all in Servamus as a whole. Pollex has, however, put together, assembled and\/or constructed for his own use the previous Act 116 of 1998 (or what is left of it), into this Amendment Act so that it ends up in a chronological, complete and understandable Act 116 of 1998.
